Doors open at 11:00 AM for a delightful mixer: wander through our Book Tasting stations, sip from a sparkling Mimosa Bar, browse silent auction treasures, and mingle with local authors and fellow champions for children. Guests will also enjoy hands-on fun like bookmark decorating and literary photo ops that bring every story to life.
🍽️ The Brunch & Page-Turning Program
As the clock strikes noon, join us in our seated program space where we'll gather for a Birch Breakfast buffet featuring warm pastries, savory eggs, French toast, sausage, bacon, and fresh juices — complemented by a custom Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar.
The seated program will enchant and inspire, featuring:
• A book-inspired youth performance that brings pages to life.
• A live auction filled with once-upon-a-lifetime adventures.
• A heartfelt mission moment illuminating how Best Beginnings and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library are transforming early literacy across Alaska.
